Files required as source for illustration:

Provide .dwg or PDF files of your elevations and of the property’s elevation

And any photos if the building is under construction

Considerations
Keep in mind:
It is important (to the final price) to decide ahead of time what you want.
Do you want a single view from one corner of the structure or do you want to see views from every side?
The 3D model can be constructed with only 2 finished sides and final renders will be taken from that angle alone. This saves construction time and thereby, money, but restricts you to the one view.
The decision to render all views requires that the entire building be constructed and surfaced.
This allows for the greatest flexibility in obtaining the best possible views of your project.
Animated fly-arounds can also be created.
These require more time to create

3D Modeling:
The greatest advantages of illustrating in 3D Space is that once a structure has been built in 3D space, many views and lighting adjustments are possible.
Color changes can usually be done quickly.

What I Need From You:
Please provide .dwg or PDF files of your elevations and of the property’s elevation.
If the building is under construction any photos you can provide will be helpful.
